Qualifications

• 4+ years of leadership/management experience in banking or related field.
• Proven ability to coach and develop employees.
• Experience managing performance goals and improving results.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in financial services or consumer lending preferred.
• People-focused leader who takes initiative and leads by example.
