Qualifications

As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the branch through exceptional customer service, employee engagement, community involvement, and business development activities.

You will lead and develop branch staff, coach employees to achieve individual and team goals, and ensure customers receive outstanding service. This position plays a key role in growing relationships within the community while maintaining operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

QUALIFICATIONS

• Two to three years of banking, retail management, or financial services experience required.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Proven ability to coach and develop employees.
• Strong customer relationship management and sales skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency with banking technologies and computer applications.
