Job summary

Aramsco, Inc. in Union City, CA seeks a Branch Manager to lead a dynamic team, deliver exceptional customer service, and meet profitability targets.

You will drive site sales with regional support, manage inventory and training, and ensure accurate ERP data entry. Strong communication and a valid driver’s license are required; bilingual English/Spanish is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or lead role.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Experience with Eclipse Epicor ERP is a bonus.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Establish leadership skills to coach teams and drive culture and performance.
• Work with site sales associates, Regional Manager and corporate to grow sales and market share.
• Attend monthly tele/video conferences with Regional and Executive level managers and provide site updates.
• Review monthly site performance and conduct team reviews.
• Oversee inventory practices to maintain accuracy and perform monthly cycle counts.
• Oversee receiving and data entry into Eclipse ERP system and ensure proper documentation.
• Supervise loading and manifesting of delivery trucks and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Provide a clean, safe work environment for all employees.

The company has more than 60 locations through which it distributes products, equipment and chemicals, and provides customers with other value-added services including equipment repair, equipment rental and education.We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven Branch Manager to be a great leader for our employees, to give exceptional customer service to our customers, and to meet profitability goals.$80,000-$85,000/yearlyPrimary Duties and ResponsibilitiesEstablishes leadership skills with the ability to support teams, develop culture and demonstrate coaching and ongoing performance management.Works with site sales associates, Regional Sales Manager and corporate to drive sales, monitor sales associates performance and increase market share.Attends monthly tele/video conference with Regional Managers and Executive Level Managers to provide site reports and pertinent updates.Reviews individual site performance for the month and year.Facilitates team reviews, quality control/assurance and follow up training.Oversees the coordinating, set up, and cleanup of educational classes.Responsible to maintain inventory practices which result in inventory accuracy.Insures that monthly cycle counts are completed.Oversees the receiving of in-coming freight, and that products are properly received into the Eclipse ERP system.Supervises the loading and manifesting of delivery trucks.Provide a clean and safe work environment which promotes productive, happy and dedicated employees.Qualifications/ SkillsMinimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or lead role.High School diploma or equivalent - required.
