Job summary

Aramsco, Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager in Tukwila, WA who will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet profitability goals.

You will work closely with site sales staff, Regional Sales Manager, and corporate leadership to drive sales, monitor performance, and coordinate monthly reviews. The role requires at least 3 years of supervisory experience, a high school diploma (college degree preferred), a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or lead role.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficient with MS Office/Excel.
• Experience with Eclipse Epicor ERP is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Capable of adapting to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store teams to meet profitability goals and customer service standards.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager and corporate to drive sales and market share.
• Attend monthly tele/video conferences to provide site reports and updates.
• Review site performance for monthly and yearly results.
• Coordinate and deliver training sessions and quality assurance activities.
• Manage inventory practices and ensure cycle counts are completed.
• Oversee receiving and proper entry of products into Eclipse ERP.
• Supervise loading/manifesting of delivery trucks.
• Maintain a safe and productive work environment for staff.

The company has more than 60 locations through which it distributes products, equipment and chemicals, and provides customers with other value-added services including equipment repair, equipment rental and education.We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven Branch Manager to be a great leader for our employees, to give exceptional customer service to our customers, and to meet profitability goals.Compensation: $68,000-$74,500 + Monthly BonusM-F 8-5 (Some On Call)Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesEstablishes leadership skills with the ability to support teams, develop culture and demonstrate coaching and ongoing performance management.Works with site sales associates, Regional Sales Manager and corporate to drive sales, monitor sales associates performance and increase market share.Attends monthly tele/video conference with Regional Managers and Executive Level Managers to provide site reports and pertinent updates.Reviews individual site performance for the month and year.Facilitates team reviews, quality control/assurance and follow up training.Oversees the coordinating, set up, and cleanup of educational classes.Responsible to maintain inventory practices which result in inventory accuracy.Insures that monthly cycle counts are completed.Oversees the receiving of in-coming freight, and that products are properly received into the Eclipse ERP system.Supervises the loading and manifesting of delivery trucks.Provide a clean and safe work environment which promotes productive, happy and dedicated employees.Qualifications/ SkillsMinimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or lead role.High School diploma or equivalent - required.
