You will oversee sales growth, inventory, warehouse, production, and distribution operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience.
• Experience managing industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or retail operation.
• Demonstrated success leading teams and developing employees.
• Experience managing budgets, expenses, and profit & loss performance.
• Strong customer relationship and business development skills.
