American Welding & Gas, Inc. in Tullahoma, TN is seeking an energetic Branch Manager to lead all aspects of branch performance, including sales, customer service, warehouse operations, production, and profitability.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent leadership experience.
• Experience managing industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or retail operations.
• Experience managing budgets, expenses, and profit & loss performance.
• Strong customer relationship and business development skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business management systems.
