You will drive growth, coach a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while upholding safety standards. The role demands a track record of leadership across industrial or distribution environments, strong budget oversight, and the ability to develop and maintain

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience required.
• Experience managing industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or retail operations.

• Experience managing budgets, expenses, and P&L performance.
• Strong customer relationships and business development skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business management systems.
