Job summary

Western Pest Services in Ocean County, NJ, seeks a Branch Manager to oversee branch operations, P&L, revenue, and overall performance. You will lead a team, drive strategic growth, and maintain high service standards for homeowners and businesses.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of operational leadership, including sales process management and forecasting. Strong recruiting and safety compliance are essential.

We are currently seeking a Branch Manager in the Ocean County, NJarea. As an operational and salesleader, you will be responsible for general management of the branch, including, P & L management, branch revenue/sales, and overall operations.

Responsibilities

The Branch Operations Manager willlead a team whose passion is to deliver exceptional service for homeowners and businesses alike.As an operational and salesleader, you will be responsible for the overall management of the branch, including, P & L management, branch revenue/sales, and overall operations.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous service management or operations experience in a route based or service-oriented business is preferred. (I.e. package delivery, beverage, uniform, or vending services; pest control, lawn care, or construction) Other types of management experience may be considered. We seek individuals with high integrity and are creative thinkers with anemphasis on building teams and long term, profitable relationships.
