Carolina Atlantic is seeking a Branch Manager in Rice, TX to direct all branch operations, manage staff, control inventory and loss prevention, and uphold customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
• Experience in logistics, manufacturing, or distribution strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to travel up to 15-20%.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills; must be flexible and able to change course quickly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain annual objectives and budgets for the branch based off historical data, operational need, and customer demand.
• Work closely with Office Administrator to ensure that all customer orders are placed, scheduling is set, and billing is up to date in the system.
• Manage staff hours and schedules based off of branch needs.
• Build work relationships with staff to maintain a high level of customer service and support in a positive team-oriented branch environment that matches the company’s mission and values.
• Ensure the communication of all required reports and goals is provided to all departments.
• Recognize employee achievements and encourage excellence through employee engagement.
• Plan and conduct regular staff meetings and branch level events.
• Host operations meetings to monitor operational issues, customer concerns, and compliance and safety regulations.
• Ensure staff are following safe work practices, completing job duties efficiently and that adequate support is provided.
• Adhere to high ethical and professional standards set forth by the company.
• Interact with customers and leaders on a regular basis to ensure client satisfaction and promote improved services.
