Job summary

Security Finance is seeking a hands-on branch leader to motivate a team and serve customers in the community. You’ll bridge the branch, the community, and the customers, guiding operations both over the phone and in person when financial needs arise.

You will develop and mentor staff, ensure accurate cash handling, and drive branch goals while maintaining regulatory compliance and delivering excellent customer service, loan processing, and tax preparation support.

Qualifications

• Must have prior management experience.
• Experience in customer service.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Finance experience preferred.

Responsibilities
