Job summary

Kensington360 in Missouri seeks a Branch Manager to run daily branch and laboratory operations, ensure safety and quality, and lead a high-performing team.

You will manage budgets, drive growth, optimize workflows, and maintain ISO/IEC 17025 compliance while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in calibration labs and hands-on knowledge of LIMS and production planning, with lean/Six Sigma certification.

Qualifications

• A degree in Engineering, Metrology or Business Management, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in a calibration laboratory, including 2+ years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of calibration, measurement instrumentation and quality management systems.
• Experience with LIMS, laboratory automation and production planning.
• Commercial acumen, including budgeting and profit-and-loss responsibility.
• Excellent leadership, communication and team development skills.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification and experience in process improvement.
