Job summary

Experienced Recruiting Partners, LLC is seeking a Branch Manager for our Cornelius, NC calibration laboratory. The role leads a team of technicians and support staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery, operational efficiency, and strong financial performance in a ISO/IEC 17025 compliant environment.

The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement, oversee QA activities, manage audits, and partner with sales to grow the customer base while maintaining a positive, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years in a technical or operations-focused environment; leadership experience required.
• Hands-on calibration of test and measurement equipment preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Working knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day lab operations, including scheduling and workflow management.
• Lead continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage branch P&L, budgeting, and expense control to ensure profitability.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and address concerns quickly.
