Job summary

Staff Zone seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead our temporary workforce operations. You will oversee payroll, recruiting, dispatching, and supervision of staff at client sites, while delivering exceptional service to clients daily.

The role rewards strong organizational and management skills with a base salary of $55,000–$60,000 plus up to 35% bonus, paid monthly. Work hours run 4:30am–2:30pm, Monday–Friday with weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; College degree preferred.
• 2+ years experience in a management role.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to drive a personal vehicle.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to work rotating weekend schedule and some holidays.
• Able to work as a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch temporary workers to job sites by preparing tickets and directing employees.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and other human resources functions.
• Process payroll for completed work orders and ensure work eligibility.
• Visit job sites to ensure employee safety procedures are followed.
• Conduct safety reviews and accident reports.
• Manage risk and file timely reports when necessary.

The Branch Manager oversees all aspects of personnel management for our temporary workforce including payroll, recruiting, dispatching, and supervising the temporary workforce assigned to our clients. Additionally, the Branch Manager provides exceptional customer service to our current and prospective clients on a daily basis. This position requires an individual who possesses strong organizational and management skills.

$55,000 - $60,000 base salary plus up to 35% bonus opportunity. Bonuses are paid monthly

Work Schedule - 4:30am-2:30pm M-F and weekend rotation

Responsibilities as Branch Manager:

• Dispatch temporary workers to various job sites by preparing work time tickets, distributing and collecting safety equipment, and directing employees to job site locations.

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and other human resources functions

• Qualify temporary employees for work eligibility, assist applicants with the employment process, and help process payroll for completed work orders

• Visit job sites to ensure employee safety procedures are being followed

• Conduct employee safety reviews and job site accident reports

• Risk and accident management by filing timely reports when necessary

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma required. College Degree preferred.

• 2+ years experience in a management role

• Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to drive a personal vehicle to customer site visits
