Staff Zone is hiring an Office Manager to support branch operations, working closely with the Branch Manager, Sales Manager, clients, and the workforce to ensure smooth workflows. The role requires strong communication skills and a self-motivated attitude.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00am–6:00pm, with alternating Saturdays, a base salary of $40,000, and a potential 40% monthly bonus. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, a 401(k) with company match, and opportunities for

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager with dispatching duties in the morning.
• Manage credit and collections.
• Produce and mail out invoices.
• Promote safety in the workplace.
• Recruiting, in way of taking applications.
• Willing to work a weekend rotating, some holidays as required.
• Process credit applications for new clients.
• Ensure workforce is paid correctly and efficiently; assist with payroll.

The Office Manager, effectively and efficiently,assistswith the full operations of the branch.
