Your Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional and district operational and quality initiatives to achieve strategic objectives
  • Lead, mentor, and manage District Service, New Installation, Sales, and Field Superintendent teams
  • Drive customer service strategy and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry influencers
  • Plan, allocate, and oversee field, marketing, and administrative resources to meet operational, quality, and financial goals
  • Administer field installation and service activities, including parts, tools, vehicles, and other assets for cost‑effective results
  • Develop and execute market plans, budgets, and sales strategies to grow revenue, market share, and product penetration
  • Foster participative management, labor relations, and high team morale in alignment with company philosophy
  • Analyze market, competitor, and operational changes to adjust resources and strategies for business advantage
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5 years of progressive experience in the elevator industry, a service‑oriented business, or comparable field
  • Prior experience managing a full P&L preferred
  • Strong knowledge of products, applications, installation and service procedures, financial statements, and contract terms
  • Demonstrated technical, management, negotiation, and communication skills, with ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
  • High self‑confidence and credibility to lead through complex business challenges
