Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a Branch Operations Manager in Columbus with relocation assistance. You will own day-to-day P&L for the branch, oversee Sales, Project Management/Customer Service, Technicians, Safety, Training, Equipment, Inventory & Purchasing, and Dispatching.

You will manage scheduling, billing, invoicing, and customer service coordination, while hiring and leading the full branch team. A safety-first culture and KPI reporting are key aspects of the role.
