Job summary

Linde plc in Pittston, PA, is seeking a Branch Supervisor to coordinate and direct branch activities, meet sales and margin targets, and ensure timely reporting. You will oversee daily staff, promote safety, deliver customer-centered service, and provide ongoing training to strengthen team capabilities.

This role includes scheduling, workflow optimization, inventory monitoring, and collaboration with leadership to drive growth and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED; an Associate’s Degree in a related field is strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of retail sales experience, plus 2+ years of management experience, with strong customer engagement and team leadership.
• A clean driving history with no DUI/DWI in the past ten years.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
