TheCentral Arkansas Library System (CALS)is seeking a dynamic and service-drivenBranch Managerto lead the Max Milam Library,locatedat609 Aplin Ave., Perryville, AR 72126.

Position Summary

The Branch Manager oversees all aspects of daily library operations and provides leadership that fosters excellent customer service, staff development, and strong community engagement. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who is passionate about public library service and connecting with a diverse community.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Library Science(MLS) from an ALA-accredited program, progress toward an MLS,or

• Previoussupervisory or management experience
