Job summary

Aebi Schmidt Group USA is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee manufacturing of our product lines, ensuring timely, cost-effective production in line with established procedures.

You will plan, direct production, forecast staffing, implement safety programs, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with engineering, purchasing, and sales to meet schedules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field or equivalent branch management experience in manufacturing.
• 7+ years of manufacturing experience in a high-production environment.
• Five or more years of managerial experience.
• Experience implementing OSHA and company safety programs.

What you\'ll do:

The Branch Manager position is responsible for ensuring that all manufacturing functions are performed in a timely, cost-effective manner consistent with established procedures and for overseeing all activities related to the manufacturing of company\'s various product lines.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct production and indirect activities to meet or exceed established production goals in a cost-effective manner
• Forecast staffing needs to meet demands of the business and staff team accordingly
• Design, develop, and implement processes that increase yield and/or improve quality
• Perform workflow analysis and develop methods for the production team to meet production schedules
• Develop, implement, and maintain processes, procedures, and programs to improve safety, productivity, and profitability
• Implement and maintain OSHA and company programs and standards
• Ensure employees have the required safety training and are consistently working in a safe manner; develop and implement safety programs to reduce accidents and injuries
• Work cooperatively to address organizational needs, equipment utilization and maintenance
• Lead, communicate, and coach to cultivate a motivated associate environment of trust, teamwork, accountability, self-confidence, and business ownership
• Ensure operational supplies are always on hand and available
• Prepare all required reports and correspondence regarding production operations
• Identify, document, and implement opportunities for continuous improvement
• Communicate with cross-functional teams (engineering, customer service, purchasing, sales, etcetera) to resolve issues

What you need to be successful:

Qualifications & Requirements

High School Diploma or GED

Bachelor\'s degree in business or a related field or an equivalent amount of branch management experience in a similar manufacturing industry

7+ years of manufacturing experience in a high-production environment

Five or more (5+) years of managerial experience
