Job summary

First Southern National Bank is seeking a Branch Manager who will lead by example and partner with the Community President to drive branch performance and culture.

You will coach the team, deliver outstanding service, and cultivate relationships with customers and local businesses while ensuring compliance with banking policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
• Three to five years of banking or similar financial experience.
• Strong understanding of bank operations and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to lead teams, build relationships, and achieve business goals.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in banking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused culture aligned with the bank’s purpose and values.
• Partner with the Community President to lead, coach, and develop the team to achieve individual and branch performance goals.
• Ensure delivery of outstanding customer service through all branch interactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, local businesses, and community partners.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive deposit and loan growth, increase profitability, and expand customer relationships.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to bank policies and regulatory standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Summary
