Job summary

Allegiance Trucks in Connecticut is seeking a Fixed Operations Branch Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of the parts and service departments and to develop a high-performing team focused on customer service and dealership excellence.

You will drive growth, oversee operations, mentor staff, resolve customer concerns, and stay ahead of industry trends to strengthen Allegiance Trucks' position in the market.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years in a management role within commercial truck dealership or related field.
• Valid state driver’s license and clean driving record.

As a Fixed Operations Branch Manager, this position must lead by example, develop an engaged team that is committed to providing the highest level of customer service and promoting our organization as a dealership and employer of choice.
