Job summary

Bath Fitter is seeking a Branch Leader to take ownership of a business unit. You will build and coach a sales, installation, and administrative team, drive branch growth, and manage profitability with a focus on customer excellence.

Travel may be required as part of leading multiple sites, with a strong emphasis on safety, compliance, and operational controls. Bonus potential is included as part of the compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a branch, business unit, or multi-functional team

• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements
• International travel is required. Employees must maintain valid government-issued identification for travel purposes (e.g., Real ID or passport).
