Bath Fitter is seeking a Branch Leader who can build a high-performing sales, installation, and administrative team. You’ll drive branch growth, profitability, and operational performance with clear goals and accountability, delivering an exceptional customer experience from first contact through installation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a branch, business unit, or multi-functional team
• Strong business, operational, and people leadership experience
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements
• International travel is required. Employees must maintain valid government-issued identification for travel purposes (e.g., Real ID or passport).
