Job summary

Pool Equipment & Supply Inc is seeking a Branch Manager to direct staff and oversee daily branch operations in Nashville, TN. You will drive customer service excellence and work to meet sales and productivity goals.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in the pool industry, strong leadership, a valid driver’s license, and solid communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office is required, and the role may require passing a pre-employment drug test.

• Strong leadership and management skills with ability to motivate staff and sales team.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Works well under pressure and deadlines; able to multitask.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test.
