Job summary

Yummy Pools in Roswell, GA is seeking a strategic Branch Manager to lead our pool service operations. You will oversee maintenance and repair teams, ensure service quality, and drive growth across the Atlanta market.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage routes, budgets and KPIs, while coaching staff and maintaining high customer satisfaction. The role offers a base salary with bonus eligibility and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership or general management experience within the pool service industry.
• Strong understanding of residential and/or commercial pool maintenance, water chemistry, equipment and repair operations.
• Experience managing field technicians, recurring service routes and day-to-day field operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day pool maintenance and repair operations across the Atlanta market.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of pool cleaning technicians, repair technicians and support staff.
• Ensure technicians consistently meet company standards for water chemistry, pool maintenance, equipment care, safety and customer service.
• Manage technician routes, scheduling and workload to maximize efficiency, route density and service completion.
• Monitor service quality through field inspections, customer feedback and performance metrics.
• Support technicians with troubleshooting pool equipment, water chemistry, service issues and customer concerns as needed.
• Recruit, onboard, train and retain high-performing technicians while building a strong pipeline of future leaders.
• Track branch KPIs including route completion, customer retention, callbacks, labor efficiency, revenue, repair opportunities and service quality.
• Oversee branch financial performance, including budgeting, labor costs, operating expenses and P&L performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability, operational efficiency and customer retention.
• Partner with senior leadership to establish branch goals and execute growth initiatives.
• Drive double-digit year-over-year revenue growth through customer retention, operational excellence and market expansion.
• Build strong relationships with customers and professionally manage escalated service concerns.
• Oversee pool chemicals, parts, equipment, vehicles and branch inventory to ensure technicians have the resources needed to complete their routes.
• Ensure company vehicles, pool equipment and tools are properly maintained and accounted for.
• Maintain compliance with company safety standards and all applicable local, state and federal regulations.
• Maintain a visible presence in the field and step in to support operations when needed.

Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on and people-focused Branch Manager to lead our growing pool service operations in Roswell, GA. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role is responsible for assisting with overall performance of the branch, including daily field operations, technician leadership, customer satisfaction, financial performance and continued market growth.

The Branch Manager will oversee a team of pool maintenance and repair professionals while ensuring routes are operating efficiently, service quality remains high and customers receive a consistent, reliable experience. • Comfortable working both in an office environment and in the field alongside technicians.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with route management, CRM, scheduling and workforce management systems.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements.
• Experience growing a branch, service territory or recurring route-based business strongly preferred.
