Job summary

Security Finance in Moore, OK is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a dynamic team and serve customers in-person and by phone. You’ll act as the connection between the branch, the community, and our clients, guiding loan and tax services with integrity.

You will ensure accurate cash handling, meet goals, maintain compliance with lending regulations, provide top-tier service, and drive growth through training and performance management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a financial services setting.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with state and federal lending regulations.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Finance experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, train, and manage branch employees.
