Job summary

Security Finance in Griffin, GA is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead a dynamic team and drive customer service excellence. You’ll recruit, train, and coach staff, manage branch cash, and ensure loan and tax processes are completed accurately and on time.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, reporting, and achieving branch goals while delivering outstanding service to the community.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a branch/retail setting.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations is needed.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record is required.
• Access to a reliable automobile for daily use.
• Experience in the finance industry is valued.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, train, and manage branch employees.
