Job summary

Imperial Brady is seeking a Branch Manager in Jessup, MD to oversee all aspects of sales and operations for office and warehouse staff. The role offers a full-time salary of up to $225,000 per year with a schedule from 8:00 AM until completion, Monday through Friday.

You will lead planning efforts, manage P&L, drive efficiencies, and foster customer relationships to grow the business.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience within the industry, managing warehouse and office staff.
• Experience leading from the front lines and building relationships.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of the annual operating plan aligned with company goals.
• Own full P&L and help prepare the yearly budget and KPI goals.
• Direct and guide the team to drive efficiencies (loading, unloading, slotting, accuracy).
• Develop and implement service & productivity improvement initiatives to increase customer satisfaction & reduce operating expenses.
• Hire, coach, and manage disciplinary actions with Operations staff.
• Participate in monthly sales meetings with outside sales representatives; assist in sales rep management and analysis of accounts, as requested.
• Maintain and cultivate relationships with key customers.

You will:

• Participate in the development of the annual operating plan in direct alignment with Company goals.
• Full P&L ownership in the development and preparation of the yearly budget and KPI Goals, evaluate weekly performance, and recommend adjustments.
• Direct and guide the team to drive efficiencies (loading, unloading, slotting, accuracy, performance, etc.).
• Participate in the development and implementation of service & productivity improvement initiatives to increase customer satisfaction & reduce operating expenses.
• Hire, coach, and manage disciplinary actions with Operations staff.

You have:

• College Degree or equivalent experience

• You are reliable, personable, and enjoy building relationships while leading from the front lines
• Experience integrating multiple warehouse locations is a big plus
