Job summary

Security Finance is seeking a Branch Manager in Texas to lead a local team and serve customers in person and by phone. You will drive goal achievement, ensure accurate cash handling, and oversee loan processing and tax return services.

Key responsibilities include coaching staff, maintaining branch metrics, and ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Fluently bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
• Valid state driver's license with clean record.
• Access to a reliable automobile for daily use.
• Prior finance experience.

Responsibilities
