Job summary

Mitchell Lewis & Staver in Meridian, Idaho, is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, drive performance, and ensure safety compliance across inside sales, operations, customer support, delivery, and warehouse teams. You will work with regional leadership to align branch goals with manufacturing plans, manage budgets, and optimize inventory while maintaining excellent customer service.

The role requires 3-5 years of leadership, a bachelor’s degree preferred, and CRM/ERP proficiency;

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of leadership experience in distribution or manufacturing.
• Experience with CRM and ERP solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

TITLE: Branch ManagerDEPARTMENT: OperationsFLSA: Salary (Exempt)POSITION LEVEL: ManagerPosition Objective:The Branch Manager is responsible for the administration of branch level operations, including providing overarching leadership, coaching, guidance, management, safety compliance and direction for the operations team.
