Job summary

Western Pest Services seeks a Branch Manager in the Hyattsville, MD area. Responsible for the branch's general management, P&L, revenue growth, and overall operations, you will lead a team delivering high-quality pest control services to homes and businesses.

The role requires 5+ years of operational leadership, including forecasting and sales accountability, with the aim of building strong teams and profitable client relationships while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of operational responsibility including P&L and forecasting.
• Experience overseeing sales process and results.
• Experience providing strategic planning and succession planning initiatives.
• Experience conducting third party audits in pest control or related fields.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to recruit, train, and develop top performers.

Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For:

Previous service management or operations experience in a route based or service-oriented business is preferred. ( I.e. package delivery, beverage, uniform, or vending services; pest control, lawn care, or construction) Other types of management experience may be considered. We seek individuals with high integrity and are creative thinkers with anemphasis on building teams and long term, profitable relationships.

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.

Sarlary Range: $95,000 - $130,000 Per Year
