Job summary

Western Pest Services, in partnership with Owl Pest Prevention, is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to lead a team delivering exceptional service to homeowners and businesses. You will own branch P&L, drive revenue, and oversee daily operations.

Please bring 5+ years of service/operations management, experience in forecasting and sales, and a track record of building strong teams and profitable customer relationships. Must have a valid driver's license and be 18+.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of operational responsibility including P&L and forecasting.
• Experience leading sales processes and achieving results.
• Experience conducting third-party audits in pest control.

Responsibilities

The Branch Operations Manager will lead a team whose passion is to deliver exceptional service for homeowners and businesses alike. As an operational and sales leader, you will be responsible for the overall management of the branch, including, P & L management, branch revenue/sales, and overall operations.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous service management or operations experience in a route based or service-oriented business is preferred. (I.e. package delivery, beverage, uniform, or vending services; pest control, lawn care, or construction) Other types of management experience may be considered. We seek individuals with high integrity and are creative thinkers with an emphasis on building teams and long term, profitable relationships.

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.

Sarlary Range: $95,000 - $130,000 Per Year
