Job description

Job Title: Branch Manager - Greater Charlotte

A well-established, publicly-traded industrial construction company is seeking an experienced manager to lead operations in the Greater Charlotte area. This role requires a five-days-a-week presence in the branch office.

Compensation

Base pay range: $140,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Additional compensation includes an annual bonus and a monthly vehicle allowance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 4+ years of relevant experience
• Construction industry experience required
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
• Drug test and background check required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide and communicate a clear vision for approximately 30 branch employees
• Lead branch operations including safety, sales, estimating, project management, and customer service
• Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with company goals
• Monitor financial performance and identify improvement areas
• Foster a high-performing, customer-focused team culture
• Ensure safety standards and company procedures compliance
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct annual employee reviews and staff development
