Ewing Landscape Materials, Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager for the Fresno, CA location. The role requires directing all branch operations, supervising staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction while pursuing growth and profitability.

You will manage distribution, sales, and service, implement strategic plans, and recruit and develop a high-performing team in a hands-on leadership role. Fresno-based, full-time position with competitive pay DOE.

Responsibilities

• Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales
• Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
• Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
• Meet goals and metrics
• Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
• Lead and coach branch staff to maximize performance and morale
• Identify improvements and implement corrective actions for growth
• Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on best practices and opportunities
• Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
• Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
• Coordinate and enforce policies and procedures
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
• Prepare annual budget
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies
• Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees
• Demonstrate knowledge of modern management techniques and aim to meet sales and production goals
• Adhere to industry rules and regulations
• Maintain excellent organizational skills, a results-driven and customer-focused approach

We are looking for a talented leader to lead our Fresno, CA Landscape Materials team as Branch Manager to assign and direct all work performed in the branch and to supervise all areas of operation. You will manage staff, foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation. The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement.
