Job summary

United Bank is seeking an experienced banking professional for a management role. The ideal candidate will lead branch teams, drive sales and service excellence, ensure SAFE Act/NMLS compliance, and travel to multiple branches as needed.

Candidates should bring a minimum of five years in management, Spanish or another language as a plus, and strong skills in planning, organization, and coaching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of five years experience in a management capacity.
• Must possess an NMLS license or obtain NMLS license within 90 days of employment
• Ability to complete ongoing NMLS training and ensure SAFE Act compliance is required
• Spanish or additional language skills a plus
• Strong sales and service skills
