Job summary

Marshall Insulation, part of the Installed Building Products (IBP) family, seeks a Branch Manager with construction industry experience to lead a branch team, grow sales, and uphold safety and compliance standards.

You will oversee operations, budgets, and client relationships, mentoring staff and driving profitability while delivering exceptional service to customers and the community.

Qualifications

  • Must have experience in the construction industry.
  • Experience in hiring and leading a team to serve customers.
  • Strong sales and business development skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-specific software.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and DOT regulations.
  • Experience in manufacturing and/or distribution.
  • Experience in the building supply trade.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to service.
  • Team-oriented with ability to motivate and lead diverse team.

  • Prepare and analyze reports to track performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Address operational challenges and implement solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
