You will recruit and coach staff, oversee HR activities, monitor quality, and collaborate with healthcare providers to expand the branch’s reach and impact.

Qualifications

• 1+ year supervisory or leadership experience.
• 1+ year sales or marketing experience in healthcare, homecare, senior living, or related setting.
• BS Degree or equivalent experience.

Overview

The Branch Manager is a key leader accountable for driving the overall operation and growth of the All Ways Caring Branch. The Branch Manager will lead all aspects of branch sales and service delivery to meet and exceed financial targets (sales, fees, gross profit, and contribution), while maintaining the highest standards of client care. Responsible for building and maintaining meaningful relationships with key clients and business leaders in the community as well as local, regional and Corporate management while maintaining a strong focus on continuous improvement, clinical excellence, and customer satisfaction.

As business conditions change, the Branch Manager assesses the impact and responds accordingly to ensure maximum profitability and expense management. The Branch Manager is also responsible for selecting, training and developing talented branch staff and for monitoring performance to achieve business results by leading the branch team in business development, compassionate service delivery, client satisfaction and retention. Responsible for management of all aspects of recruitment and selection processes. Responsible for overseeing Human Resources including: interviewing, hiring, employee orientation, performance evaluation, payroll processing, and employee relations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years supervisory or leadership experience required
• 1+ years sales or marketing experience in healthcare, homecare, senior living, or related setting preferred
• Experience managing systems, processes, and people
• BS Degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Ability to work flexible and after hours as needed
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and develop others
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Compassionate problem-solver with the ability to handle client and employee issues with empathy and professionalism
• Relationship-builder with a passion for developing meaningful partnerships and growing the homecare business
