Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our Boston operations and take full P&L ownership across international and domestic activities.

You will set strategy, drive profitable growth, and oversee staff performance while building strong client relationships. Prior freight forwarding leadership and CargoWise experience are highly valued for this role.

Qualifications

• 7+ years industry experience, specific to international and domestic operations.
• 3+ years experience managing employees
• Previous experience as Branch Manager for a Freight Forwarding/Logistics company
• Experience with CargoWise is highly preferred
