Job summary

Surestaff, LLC in Blue Island, IL is seeking a Bilingual Staffing Manager to lead a recruiters team and manage branch operations. You will drive recruitment across the workforce, coordinate with sales, and oversee onboarding, invoicing, and offboarding processes.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and solid computer skills. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a base pay of $55,000 plus commission.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience in the light industrial staffing industry experience.
• Preferably a minimum of one-year supervisory/management experience.
• Excellent communication: can clearly articulate onboarding tasks and liaise with management and associates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch staff management, including recruiting, onboarding, payroll processing, and tracking KPIs.
• Direct all stages of the recruitment process including onboarding, worker assignment management, invoicing and offboarding.
• Maintains and updates electronic records with changes or status updates and validates entries for accuracy.
• Provides guidance and training on process and platform to operations teams and field service offices.
• Responds, documents and answers emails in a timely manner.
• Work with the sales team to transition new accounts under branch purview.
• Perform account management duties as an extension of our sales process.
• Attend client intake calls and virtual meetings to discuss hiring needs and communicate results.

SURESTAFF is searching for a Bilingual Staffing Manager in Blue Island, IL to join our team!

The Bilingual Staffing Manager is responsible for leading a team of recruiters and for all facets of branch operation and success. The Bilingual Staffing Manager is also a key part of the recruitment and sales processes, being responsible for active recruitment of temporary workforces, delegation of recruitment duties to team, and coordination with sales operational teams.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for helping others and enjoy working in a team environment!

Excellent communication skills are a must as this position will be working with clients, customers, and applicants daily.

Multi-tasking and intermediate computer skills are also a necessity.

Pay: $55,000 plus commission

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p

Responsibilities of the Bilingual Staffing Manager:

• Oversee branch staff management, including but not limited to recruiting, onboarding, payroll processing, and tracking KPIs.

• Provides guidance and training on process and platform to operations teams and field service offices.

• Works hand in hand with the sales team to transition new accounts under branch purview.


• Performs account management duties as an extension of our sales process.


• Attend client intake calls and virtual meetings to discuss current and forecasted hiring, document and communicate results internally.


• Post jobs, actively source and recruit talent and support delivery activities as needed.

Preferred Qualifications of the Bilingual Staffing Manager:

• Minimum three years’ experience in the light industrial staffing industry experience


• Preferably a minimum of one-year supervisory/management experience


• Excellent communication: can clearly articulate verbally and in writing how to complete onboarding tasks and can effectively liaise with management and associates
