You will guide staff development, stay current with industry trends, and address customer concerns promptly. A professional appearance is expected, with a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in a management role within a commercial truck dealership or related field.
• Valid state driver’s license and a clean driving record.

As a Fixed Operations Branch Manager, this position must lead by example, develop an engaged team that is committed to providing the highest level of customer service and promoting our organization as a dealership and employer of choice.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the parts and service departments
• Provide leadership for the growth of the parts and service departments
• Ensure effective and efficient operations of parts and service departments
