Job summary

Qualifications

We’re looking for a results-driven Branch Manager to lead our inside sales team, driving revenue, profitability, and customer success. This is a leadership role with P&L accountability - the ideal candidate balances strategic thinking, operational efficiency, and team development to make a measurable impact.

This position is located out of the Auburn , WA office.

Endries International was established as a fastener distributor based out of Northeastern Wisconsin. For almost 50 years, we have worked with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and built our business around supporting manufacturers. Today Endries manages over 500,000 SKUs, including various fasteners and related production components.

Education & Experience Required
  • Bachelors degree Business or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of progressive responsibilities & related experience, i.e. sales, marketing, management.
  • Experience in the fastener distribution industry or related experience strongly preferred.
Work Environment

This position operates in a professional office setting and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and video-conferencing tools

Physical Demands

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, and hours of work are primarily first shift hours with occasional evening and weekend work that may be required as job duties demand.

Travel

Travel is primarily local, although some out-of-area travel may be expected.
