Job summary

The Trench Safety Branch Manager position at Simply Driven Executive Search requires strong leadership to manage all branch operations for trench shoring and safety systems. • Manages equipment availability, utilization, repair cycles, and readiness for deployment.

The Trench Safety Branch Manager is accountable for the safe, cost effective, and efficient management of all branch operations related to trench shoring and trench safety systems. This

position ensures exceptional customer service, a strong safety culture, and consistent

operational excellence. Responsibilities include full P&L ownership, driving profitable growth,

developing and retaining talent, maintaining high equipment standards, and executing a branch

level business plan focused on safety, customer satisfaction, operational reliability, and

financial performance. This role requires trench safety expertise and the ability to lead in a fast

What You'll Need for Success

• Holds full branch P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, expense management, margin optimization, and revenue growth.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred (business, engineering, construction management, or related field).
• 5+ years of successful business management experience with direct P&L accountability at a branch or similar profit center.
• 3+ years of trench safety/trench shoring experience required.
• Strong sales and customer service background required; outside sales experience preferred.
