Job summary

Rentix Solutions is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, profitability, customer service, and staff leadership at our Antioch, CA location. You will drive branch growth, manage expenses, and ensure safety compliance while building strong customer relationships.

The role requires 5+ years in equipment rental or related industries, proven P&L experience, and a track record in leadership and operational excellence. Travel is required as needed to support the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of management experience in equipment rental, construction equipment, heavy equipment, industrial services, or related industry.
• Demonstrated experience managing branch operations and P&L.
• Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business management software.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of daily branch operations.

• Monitor equipment inventory and fleet utilization to maximize availability and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Rentix Solutions policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant facility.
• Drive revenue growth by building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Partner with the sales team to identify business opportunities and increase market share.
• Develop local marketing and sales initiatives to support branch growth.
• Provide rental solutions that meet customer needs while delivering exceptional service.
• Recruit, train, develop, and supervise branch employees.
• Foster a positive culture focused on safety, accountability, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and employee development.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels to support business needs.
• Manage branch P&L performance and control expenses while maximizing profitability.
• Analyze branch performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve goals.
• Ensure exceptional customer service across all touchpoints.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Build long-term customer relationships through reliable service and support.

Position Overview

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall performance of the branch, including daily operations, profitability, customer service, employee leadership, facility management, and business growth. Key Responsibilities
