You will be mentored, supported, and prepared to potentially run your own Enterprise branch, with a clear path for internal promotion and professional growth within a structured program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Average of 47 hours per week at work.
• 12 months cumulative experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
• Valid driver's license with limited moving violations.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Develop skills in sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Prepare to run your own Enterprise branch in the future.
