Job summary

Sekisui House U.S., Inc. is seeking a dynamic Branch Production Leader to oversee loan production workflows, coaching, and performance across the team in our Houston division.

You will align sales and operations with policy standards and drive customer-focused service while recruiting and developing loan officers. In this role, you’ll partner with Sales, Processing, Underwriting, and Operations to optimize the loan lifecycle, manage pipeline performance, and ensure timely, high-quality

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years in consumer lending, lending sales, branch operations, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, sales, or related discipline.
• Experience supervising lending/sales/operations teams.
• Leadership responsibility for performance management and operational execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage branch production activities, including pipeline oversight and team performance.
• Establish short-term operational goals to support loan quality and service levels.
• Recruit, coach, and develop loan officers and staff.
• Ensure adherence to lending policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Review and resolve escalated production issues across underwriting, processing, and closing.
