Job summary

Lendmark Financial Services in Wisconsin is seeking a Loan Consultant I to deliver exceptional customer experience while providing personal loan solutions. This role emphasizes building a customer base through sales, loan extension and merchant referrals.

Success will be based on creating a positive customer experience, generating business, ensuring compliance, meeting monthly goals, and maintaining accurate records, with potential quarterly incentive compensation based on performance.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED; 0-2 years consumer finance or related experience; cash handling.
Proficient computer skills and customer service abilities; strong communication.
Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word; ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Greet, assist and solicit customers entering the office; process verifications and loan actions; approve loans within limits; manage account activity.
Prepare reports, documentation and records; operate cash drawer; record deposits and close the branch.
Actively market branch products and services to individuals.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
