Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program in the Las Vegas metro area. As a Management Trainee, you will learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operations expert.

The structured program leads to running your own branch, building new business and developing a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Must have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and support in a hands-on learning environment.
