Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years related experience; military rank may substitute.
• Willing to relocate and travel to nearby branches; reliable transport.
• Strong written and verbal communication; good PC skills.
• Ability to complete duties timely and accurately.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Must obtain licenses to sell insurance products.
• Work at assigned branch unless emergency requires otherwise.

Responsabilités

• Provide quality service to existing and prospective loan customers.
• Meet branch sales goals for products and services.
• Review and approve applications; offer loan solutions.
• Learn lending and collections during Branch Manager Training.
• Assist management with daily task assignments to ensure service levels.
• Manage exceptions to policy with approval; resolve obstacles.
• Initiate calls to develop awareness of other products.
• Assist Branch Manager in prioritizing tasks and reporting.
• Perform relief assignments across markets as needed.
• Other functions include payments, applications, collections, cashiering, calls.
