Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Experience in a sales capacity with a demonstrated ability to lead and coach a successful sales team.
• Minimum 3 years of Demonstrated small business deposit/credit experience and familiarity with small business operations.
• Strong understanding of consumer credit and financial statements.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage COIs to grow business and influence partners.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Embodies client experience culture and leads by example with clients and teammates.
• Engages in outside calling to small business clients and develops networks in the community.
• Leads branch to growth through retention, expansion, and acquisition strategies.
• Manages staffing, scheduling, recruiting, onboarding, and training of branch team.
• Ensures regulatory, security, and internal control compliance; maintains branch operations tasks.
• Oversees COIs and partnerships with line of business partners to deepen client relationships.
• Provides coaching, performance management, and development planning for staff.
