The ABM will help manage staff, oversee deposit and loan activities, and uphold security and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Education and experience requirements include a high school diploma and banking exposure.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in customer service/sales/branch management with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in leading the branch to achieve sales goals, including outbound calling and coaching.
• Supervise designated staff in daily tasks, influencing performance, promotions, and staffing decisions.
• Provide fast, accurate, confidential service per Gold Service Standards.
• Open new deposit accounts and handle related services (stop payments, wires, etc.).
• Process loan applications within lending authority and assist in delinquency collections.
• Manage loan and deposit exceptions and ensure branch security and compliance.
